Plan Pay Choices
Monthly Warranty™ Extended Service Plans offer a choice of plans from monthly, 2-year, 3-year and 5-year pay plans for new TVs, appliances, electronics and PCs. With a variety of pay plans, Monthly Warranty™ provides prices to fit every consumer's budget. Monthly and yearly recurring-pay plans are contracts for up to a period of three years from product purchase date.
Each product is covered for 100% parts and labor for mechanical or electrical failures. There are no deductibles. If a product cannot be repaired or is more economical to replace, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product. In-home service is provided for all Major Appliances and larger items.
Electronics, PC Peripherals and Small Appliances under $500 are covered under the Replacement Plan. Under this plan, if there is a mechanical or electrical failure, the product will be replaced if it or a similar product is available; otherwise we will reimburse the price paid for the product.
Replacement plans must be purchased within 30 days of the product purchase date and start at the end of the labor portion of the manufacturer's warranty period and continue through the term of the contract.
All Major Appliances, Desktops, Notebooks, Cameras, Camcorders and TVs and Electronics over $500 are covered under the Repair Plan. Under this plan, if there is a mechanical or electrical failure, we will repair the product either on-site, mail-in or carry in service depending on the product purchased. If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace the product or reimburse the purchase price of the product.
Repair plans must be purchased within 9 months of the product purchase date and start on the date of product purchase, and continue through the term of the contract, and is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty. The plan does not replace the manufacturer's warranty, but provides the following additional benefits that start with the manufacturer's warranty and carry through the term of the contract:

Accidental Damage From Handling (ADH) Coverage
If optional ADH coverage is added, it enhances the plan by providing protection against sudden and unforeseen accidental damage from handling, such as drops or spills, to the product, provided the damage was in the course of regular and normal use.
All plans are fully insured up to the price paid for the product for the duration of the contract period. For Repair Plans, there is no limit on the number of repairs during the term of the contract, as long as the total cost of the repairs do not exceed the purchase price of the product. If we decide to replace the product we will replace it with a product of equal or similar features up to the price paid for the product or reimburse the purchase price of the product.
Cancellations & Transfers
All plans can be cancelled at any time during the term of the contract. If cancelled within the first 30 days after plan purchase, a full refund will be given. After 30 days a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the contract minus a nominal administrative fee will be issued for all upfront-paid plans; Recurring pay plans will receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the last paid period, minus an administrative fee of up to one month's payment.
Any plan can be transferred to another individual during the term of the contract.
