The Extended Service Plan extends your one year limited warranty for up to two additional years (three years total). Under this plan, if there is a mechanical or electrical failure, the product will be replaced if it or a similar product is available; otherwise we will reimburse the price paid for the product.

Replacement plans must be purchased within 90 days of the product purchase date and start at the end of the one year Neato Robotics manufacturer's warranty period and continue through the term of the contract.
